When is rent due, and how do I pay?

Rent is due monthly on the date your tenancy begins. Full payment details will be provided when you sign your tenancy agreement, and payments are made by secure bank transfer.

Can I have pets in the property?
We’ll always consider pet requests, but approval depends on the property and landlord.

What happens to my deposit?
Your deposit is paid securely by bank transfer and protected in line with government regulations through a recognised tenancy deposit scheme.
